After “Le Village by CA” and Abellio in Toulouse, GA Smart Building is preparing to renovate a third building for Crédit Agricole.
Following a call for tenders, GA Smart Building was selected to renovate Crédit Agricole’s head office.
With a total area of 11,000 m² over 7 floors, the building will be completely restored and redesigned by GA Smart Building over a period of 25 months.
The new building will accommodate 400 Crédit Agricole employees and will include a company restaurant, gym and parking on three underground levels. Outdoor terraces will be added and accessible so that the building’s occupants can get fresh air at any time.
The project prioritises the well-being of users and has been designed to ease their daily lives, fulfilling several criteria of “WELL” certification. Particular attention has been paid to building acoustics.
In order to optimise energy performance, ergonomic light fittings will regulate light in accordance with the building occupancy rate and time of day.
The site is targeting High Environmental Quality (HQE) certification and will incorporate the best standards and advances in the field such as installation of climatic beams for heating in order to control its environmental impact.
The building will be renovated using FullBIM, a numerical modelling tool developed by GA and typical of its innovative industrial approach. At the end of the project, Crédit Agricole will be given the digital model containing all information related to the building and its functioning. This digital replica will make it easy to adapt the site once in operation, ensuring that it meets user needs as efficiently as possible.
