GA Smart Building signs a remarkable operation in Avenue George-V with Allianz

14.09.2018

May 31 last, GA Smart Building signed a property development contract with Allianz to restructure two buildings at 16-18 Avenue George-V in Paris.

Located in the heart of the Paris golden triangle near the Champs-Élysées and within the Historical Monuments area, the two buildings of 16-18 avenue George-V in Paris (French), typical of the post-Haussmann style (mosaics, bow-windows, cast iron railings), of a total surface area of approximately 6,650 m², will be renovated over 7 floors including a ground floor and basement level.

The teams of GA Smart Building have responded to the challenge of offering highly prestigious offices within a very short time frame. In fact the entire Haussmann-style property already has a user moving to the premises in July 2019.

After completion of an initial cleaning/asbestos removal phase carried out by ALLIANZ, the renovation project involves preserving the cachet of both buildings while adapting them to the customer’s requirements of providing high-quality fittings worthy of the address.

Director of GA Smart Building programmes

GA Smart Building's added-value in this operation has been our responsiveness and our ability to propose relevant solutions to meet the customer's requirements, particularly in terms of the work completion time scale.
