Michel Goutorbe, the Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Immobilier and Sébastien Matty, the Chairman of the GA Group, have just laid the cornerstone of the future headquarters of Crédit Agricole Immobilier in Toulouse’s Borderouge district, in the presence of Jean-Luc Moudenc, Mayor of Toulouse and President of Toulouse Métropole.
The 4,500-square metre building was designed by the architectural firm CDA Architectes to be a friendly, inviting place to work. It will be home to the 300 employees of Crédit Agricole Immobilier in Toulouse.
Employees will enjoy the large open, sunny spaces as well as the many areas designed for interaction created on every floor in order to foster socializing amongst teams. Employees will also have a 90-sqm lunch area that opens out onto a terrace with a panoramic view.
These new-generation HQE® certified offices will be coordinated by Galaxy Pilot® developed by the GA Group. Temperature, light and ventilation will be monitored and adjusted in real time, thereby optimizing the comfort of the Crédit Agricole Immobilier staff while reducing their consumption of energy.
On this project the GA Group has committed itself to an Energy Performance Contract that keeps consumption down to less than 45 kWh/sq m/year for heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting.
The building has been sold to Groupama Gan Pierre 1, the property investment trust managed by Groupama Gan REIM, and will be handed over in April 2017 after only 9 months of construction works.
