Sébastien Matty, Chairman of GA Smart Building, and Guillaume Sanchez, Managing Director Geosys SAS have just inaugurated the first building of the “B-Park” property complex, in the presence of Vincent Terrail-Noves, Mayor of Balma.
Located in Balma, in the heart of the Vidailhan eco-neighbourhood, the real estate complex “B-Park”, developed by GA Smart Building, consists of two office buildings with a total surface area of 7,000 m². From its very inception, the complex was designed to meet the aspirations stated by its developer OPPIDEA in terms of sustainability and environmental performance.
The “B-Park” complex enjoys the excellent quality of living offered by the eco-neighbourhood: lively, green public spaces, numerous shops with, in particular, near the Espace Gramont shopping centre, but also excellent accessibility thanks to the immediate proximity of the ring road, several bus lines and the Balma-Gramont metro station (line A).
From the imagination of Patrick Charoin + Marina Donda Architectes, “B-Park” was designed to be pleasant to see, experience and work in. Accordingly, it offers an elegant and understated panoramic shape open to the South as well as provides users with sun-kissed working areas, featuring energising vistas of a remarkable planted environment.
In addition, these areas are regulated by the consumption monitoring and management system Galaxy Pilot®, developed by GA Smart Building.
Temperature, light and ventilation are monitored and adjusted in real time to optimise the comfort and environmental performance of campus, certified NF Bâtiment Tertiaire – Démarche HQE®Excellent.
1st building of “B-Park” property complex inaugurated
The building, with a total surface area of 2,700 m², was the first delivered in this property complex. Released in September 2018, after nine months of work, the building is now home to Geosys, which occupies 900 m², advised by CBRE.
We wanted to bring together the teams of our French entities in a dynamic, comfortable and flexible working environment in order to promote the management of the cross-functional projects we manage.
B-Park was designed to maximise users' well-being and performance in a stimulating environment.
Marketing is ongoing on the second “B-Park” building, which spans 4,300 m².
