01.12.2023

Our teams are looking forward to meeting you at SIMI 2023 from Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 December, at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, on stand D41 on level 1.

SIMI: the benchmark end-of-year meeting for real estate actors

SIMI is the not-to-be-missed event to close the year. Real estate and construction actors will come together to provide solutions to the needs of sustainable construction and urban development serving communities.

For this 22nd edition, SIMI is proposing to combat global warming with its new motto “real estate has the resources”. The three major focal points of this 22nd edition of SIMI will be:

  • Mutability in the service of diversity: one place, several uses.
  • Climate and environment: a sector that takes responsibility.
  • Collaboration with the territories: real estate projects at the service of cities.

As in previous years, three awards will be awarded at the end of this exhibition: the SIMI Top Award (for office, logistics and service buildings), the SIMI Residential & Apartment Top Award (for the residential and apartment buildings of the year) and the SIMI Sponsorship and Solidarity Award in the City.

The last day of SIMI already? Take the opportunity to come and talk to us!

Throughout the three days of the show, RentingART, a specialist in corporate art, is inviting you to explore a variety of works. We strongly believe that shows, as well as living and working spaces, offer an ideal opportunity to make art accessible to all. Come and meet us at stand D41, where Nathalie Rothkoff’s paintings and wood sculptures will be exhibited, a work focused on the colour and vibration of light, inspired by nature.

You will also be able to enjoy coffee and tea produced in a responsible and solidarity-based manner by Café Joyeux, a catering company employing people with disabilities.

In addition, we are pleased to collaborate with Butard Enescot, a caterer which is distinctive due to its commitment to eco-responsibility and inclusion. By focusing on local and seasonal products, this caterer emphasises the authenticity, commitment and artisanal creation of these dishes. It is this combination that will make your experience at our stand truly exceptional!
