Following the conclusion of a national tender, PAREF Investment Management has chosen GA Services for the technical management of 22 real estate assets.
The portfolio of assets newly managed by GA Services consists of 22 buildings, including 67 tenants and approximately 88,000 m² of businesses, operations and offices. 14 assets are located in Île-de-France and 8 in the North and Northeast.
A relationship of trust and good mutual knowledge had already been established between GA Smart Building and PAREF. In particular, this connection was built during the co-promotional creation and management of the Gaïa office building in Nanterre.

The teams at GA Services will manage each asset with a connection and a sense of human contact founded on service and trust, with the appointment of a single contact person. The women and men of GA Services all operate according to the geographical location of each building, in order to be able to offer the best service, as quickly as possible, and with perfect knowledge of the local setting.
Improvement plans and a detailed work schedule will be established to ensure transparent technical management and optimal monitoring of asset maintenance. As part of this support, visits will be organised throughout the year and GA Services will carry out a complete quarterly report to analyse and achieve previously set objectives.
GA Services will collect tenant data, analyse results and perform technical audits using Acquity software. Accessible through a dedicated portal, this software is used every day by our GA Services asset managers. This complete, transparent and easy-to-use information system is supplied by all data linked to management. This comprehensive digitalisation of site portfolio management enables accurate analysis of the intrinsic quality characteristics of the buildings. It simplifies the analysis of management data in order to compare building performances and thus implement a demanding investment strategy.
