François RAGUIN, Chairman of the KOALA group, alongside Hugues de Laissardière, Director of Concession Equation, and Robert Dagrassa, Chairman of the GA Group Supervisory Board, have just laid the first stone of Labège’s future Concession Equation building.
As a result, as of end-October, the BMW, BMWi (electric) and MINI brands will be together in a new dealership on Route de Baziège, at the level of the railway station roundabout. Set on a plot spanning over 17,000 m² in the heart of the Labège automotive division, the 4,500 m² building will combine the two current BMW and MINI Equation sites. The total investment is €9 million.
This new concession, designed by the architectural firm Serge Capmas et Associés of Moissac (Tarn et Garonne), will be completed in just 7 months by GA Group, which began the earthworks last March. It will serve as an exceptional showcase, in line with the all the latest BMW and MINI brand standards.
Large bay windows on the showroom façade will offer optimally-lit views of all the vehicles presented: 900 m² for BMW and just over 400 m² for MINI.
The workshop will enjoy surface area of 1,600 m², 400 m² being dedicated to the storage of spare parts. 370 m² in administrative office space will be located upstairs. The dealership will also have 154 outdoor parking spaces.
A team of 50 employees will be ready to assist customers with after-sales services built around cutting edge technological tools and diagnostics.
In order to guarantee optimum comfort in both the showroom and the offices, the entire dealership will be equipped with air treatment modules for heating and cooling the premises.
Lastly, very special care will be taken with the 5,300 m² in landscaped green spaces.
