Drawing on the Group’s off-site construction and low-carbon culture, as well as the synergies across its businesses, GA Services offers an integrated approach to property management focused on performance, asset value enhancement, and improving the user value of commercial real estate assets. Saïd Benizy will be responsible for supporting the growth of a value-creating property management offering designed to serve both investors and occupiers.
Saïd Benizy holds a degree in Financial Management from the IAE of Bordeaux, a certificate in Data Science from ESCP Business School, and an Executive Master in Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School (#MMI2023). He began his career at ACOFI Investment Management (Sienna IM) before joining Telmma Property Group and later the PAREF Group, where he notably served as Head of Property Management in France. He then founded BREA, a commercial real estate consulting firm, before joining HUMAKEY (Esset Property Management) as Director of Property Management, overseeing portfolios totaling more than 1.5 million square meters of commercial real estate assets, primarily prime office properties.
