We will be at stand P2 at Sibca 2022, the Low Carbon Real Estate Fair, in the Grand Palais Éphémère on the Champs-de-Mars in Paris from Thursday, 22 to Saturday, 24 September. Come and talk with our teams!
Sibca, the can’t-miss event for the low-carbon real estate sector
The first annual Sibca [Salon de l’Immobilier Bas Carbone], which takes place during the European Week for Sustainable Development (EWSSD), expects 150 participants, 3,500 visitors and 33 conferences. Thursday, 22 and Friday, 23 September will be devoted to meetings with decision-makers in low-carbon real estate, and Saturday, 24 September will be dedicated to recruiting new talent.
This Low Carbon Real Estate Fair was created by France Conventions and the BBCA association, which developed the world’s first carbon performance label for buildings. The aim is to meet the challenge of carbon neutrality by 2050 and the new RE2020 regulations. Sibca will be a forum where stakeholders in the low carbon real estate sector can meet, hosted by Jean Jouzel, Climatologist and Glaciologist, and former Vice President of the IPCC.
It will focus on low carbon solutions for designing, building and renovating tomorrow’s major urban projects and buildings.

A low carbon stand for the first annual Sibca, the low carbon real estate fair
In keeping with Sibca’s philosophy, our stand has been designed in a virtuous way using wood and reused materials.
We’ve prepared a low carbon tour, presented at our stand and explained online. Among other things, you’ll discover a 3D wood module built off-site, a demonstration of design and construction for the residential sector by our subsidiary Ossabois. There’s also our mixed wood/concrete floor Atom Wood, the Atom Concrete + floor incorporating cork, an air treatment module and ultra-decarbonated concrete.
Because we’re convinced that trade fairs, just like offices, are the perfect place to showcase art for visitors and employees alike, we have once again called upon rentingART, the specialist in corporate art, to provide us with various works of art.
You will be able to enjoy coffee and tea produced in a responsible and solidarity-based manner by Café Joyeux, a catering company employing people with disabilities.
For the catering, we chose Fleur de Mets, which uses 100% seasonal products and favours certified French-origin products. Fleur de Mets is also committed to a more inclusive society, with 10% of its staff in integration and/or disability situations. Finally, 100% of the waste will be sorted on-site, recycled or recovered, and the uneaten food will be redistributed to local associations.
