From 1 to 3 September 2026, GA Smart Building will attend SIBCA 2026 at the Grand Palais in Paris. Our teams will contribute to key discussions on decarbonising construction and expanding the use of off-site methods.
SIBCA 2026 brings the low-carbon real estate industry together
For its fifth edition, sponsored by GA Smart Building, SIBCA, the Low-Carbon Real Estate Exhibition, will bring together organisations committed to the real estate sector’s environmental transition.
Developers, investors, clients, architects, manufacturers, local authorities and occupiers will share their experiences and discuss the solutions shaping low-carbon real estate.
Taking place from 1 to 3 September 2026 at the Grand Palais in Paris, the exhibition will feature conferences, panel discussions and networking opportunities addressing the main challenges facing low-carbon construction and real estate.
Industrialised construction helps shorten delivery schedules and improve sustainability while using resources more efficiently. Off-site construction will therefore feature prominently in the exhibition programme.
The Agora Hors Site, organised by Filière Hors-Site France in partnership with Hors Site Magazine, will bring together organisations from across the ecosystem to discuss prefabrication and reuse, alongside the transformation of existing buildings and the industrialisation of construction. Discussions will explore how off-site construction can scale up and become an established production standard supporting the sector’s transition.
