It’s great to work at GA Smart Building, Great Place To Work® says so themselves!
At GA Smart Building, the attractiveness of our employer brand is essential, and we implement several actions to attract and retain our talent. In this context, in order to measure the quality of working life of our GA Smart Building employees, we have chosen to renew the Great Place To Work® survey, which we had already completed in 2017, and we hit the jackpot!
We are very proud to become one of the few real estate and construction companies to be Great Place To Work certified.
Great Place To Work® surveys more than 12 million employees in 60 countries each year, to measure their experience and help companies positively impact their quality of working life. A global leader in employee experience, this label distinguishes great organisations by certifying and publishing the Best Workplaces list annually.
GA Smart Building employees answered the same 64 questions as all employees around the world. These are built around 5 themes:

- leadership
- trust
- inclusion
- innovation
To complete this anonymous and confidential survey, Group employees with an email address were able to respond independently. For our employees working on our worksites or in our French factories, we made iPads available.
The survey was distributed in French, Portuguese, Arabic and Turkish.
We are Great Place To Work® certified with 87% participation
GA Smart Building employees mobilised in a huge way, with an 87% participation rate.
This participation rate was not only important as part of the certification process, it was also valuable in obtaining a very discerning and representative analysis of our company’s climate, in order to build a tailored action plan to continue work on improving the quality of life at work within GA Smart Building.
