From 15 October 2026 to 14 January 2027, Eponym, a 3,700 m² office building in Boulogne-Billancourt developed by Osesam, is hosting an exhibition dedicated to Philippe Katerine and his world of mignonisme. Created with rentingART, the exhibition occupies a building refurbished by GA Smart Building, with Groupe Archibuild leading the design and overseeing the works. It supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month in partnership with the charity Ruban Rose.
Monsieur Rose moves into Eponym
Singer-songwriter, actor, director and visual artist Philippe Katerine is one of the most distinctive figures in contemporary French culture. His visual art, known as mignonisme, celebrates the wonder found in the simplest everyday things. It has given rise to the iconic Monsieur Rose figures, ambassadors for a philosophy of humour and gentleness.
Having appeared across France and internationally, including at Le Bon Marché, the Pavillon Vendôme, Lille3000, Lunel, Québec, and in Sweden and New York, this artistic world now comes to Boulogne-Billancourt, with works never previously exhibited in France.
Monumental sculptures, drawings and other artworks form an exhibition for everyone to enjoy, spread throughout a fully renovated office building before its future occupiers move in. Rounded forms, pink hues and absurdity become an artistic language in their own right.
One shade of pink reveals another
Monsieur Rose’s signature colour naturally echoes Octobre Rose, France’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, supported each year by the French National Cancer Institute and numerous charities. The exhibition turns this shared colour into a commitment: ROSE EPONYM partners with Ruban Rose, France’s leading charity dedicated to breast cancer information and early detection.
Visitors can donate to Ruban Rose throughout the exhibition. A charity raffle held at the opening reception also offered the chance to win an artwork by Philippe Katerine.
Four public openings welcome visitors
The exhibition will open to the public on four Wednesdays: 21 October at 4 pm, 4 November at 6 pm, 25 November at 4 pm and 16 December at 4 pm. Admission is free, with registration through Eventbrite.
Eponym provides 3,700 m² of office space in Boulogne-Billancourt
ROSE EPONYM also forms part of the marketing campaign for the Osesam-owned building. An operating partner specialising in enhancing distinctive property assets, Osesam appointed GA Smart Building to undertake the major refurbishment and extension of this 1980s office building, in partnership with Groupe Archibuild.
Designed to meet leading office market standards, Eponym offers subdivisible office floors and landscaped terraces accessible from almost every level, providing a total of 1,000 m² of outdoor space. On the lower ground and ground floors, areas approved for public access can accommodate bespoke amenities, such as a work café, dining facilities, wellness spaces or a business centre, with capacity for up to 200 people.
The building holds BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Certified certifications and meets the requirements of France’s Tertiary Decree and RE2020.
Located at 96 Avenue du Général Leclerc, a few minutes from Billancourt station on metro line 9 and Pont de Sèvres station on line 9 and the future line 15, Eponym sits within an established business district home to numerous companies.
