GA Smart Building announces the appointment of Mickaël Carvalho as Chief Executive Officer of PREGA. PREGA is one of the cornerstones of the Group’s unique off-site industrial platform.
With three factories located in Normandy, Occitanie, and the Grand Est region, enabling it to cover the French territory, PREGA designs and produces all types of low-carbon off-site concrete construction systems, in all finishes, both for the GA Group and for the broader market.
With the creation of this role, Mickaël Carvalho will continue PREGA’s growth and diversification strategy. Historically recognized in the construction sector—covering office, logistics, residential buildings, and functional structures—the company is now applying its expertise to the public works and civil engineering segments.
Previously Director of the PREGA plant in Normandy, Mickaël became Sales Director for all three factories in 2023. He joined PREGA in 2000 as a quality logistics technician and has actively contributed to the deployment of innovative industrial processes and the optimization of low-carbon concrete element production.
I welcome the creation of this position and look forward to continuing, alongside committed and expert teams, the development of a unique industrial tool dedicated to low-carbon off-site construction solutions, as well as the diversification strategy launched several years ago.
