With the arrival of Gilles de Jouvencel, GA Smart Building is accelerating its growth in the renovation market.
GA Smart Building is taking a new step in its development by creating a dedicated renovation unit and appointing its Managing Director. Convinced that renovation represents the future of the real estate and construction sector, the Group aims to sustainably transform this market by leveraging its culture of innovation and its off-site approach, developed since the 1970s.
Gilles de Jouvencel will be responsible for developing various offerings to support the rise of off-site renovation and to address the growing demand for the rehabilitation and transformation of existing buildings.
After graduating from EDHEC Business School, Gilles joined the Bouygues Group in 2011. There, he held the positions of Commercial Director and then Production Director at Bouygues Bâtiment Rénovation Privée for a period of 10 years, before joining Bouygues Immobilier as Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Île-de-France region, where he oversaw several major office projects and initiated initial office-to-residential conversions.
