Sibca: the must-attend event for the low-carbon real estate sector
For its third edition, held during the European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW), Sibca is expecting 190 participants, 3 500 visitors, and over 120 Grand Debates and conferences.
Monday, October 7 and Tuesday, October 8, along with the morning of Wednesday, October 9, will be dedicated to meetings with decision-makers in low-carbon real estate. The afternoon of Wednesday, October 9, will be focused on talent recruitment.
This Low-Carbon Real Estate Exhibition was created by France Conventions, a trade show organizing company, and the BBCA association, the creator of the world’s first label for measuring the carbon performance of buildings. Sibca aims to address the challenge of carbon neutrality by 2050 and the new RE2020 regulation. It will serve as a platform for dialogue among stakeholders in the low-carbon real estate sector, under the patronage of Jean Jouzel, climatologist and glaciologist, former vice-president of the IPCC.
Low-carbon solutions for designing, building, and renovating tomorrow’s major urban projects and buildings will be at the heart of the discussions.

An Artistic Experience at Stand A6
Throughout the 3 days of Sibca 2024, GA Smart Building is partnering with Renting Art, a specialist in corporate art, to bring an artistic dimension to our stand. You’ll have the chance to discover the iconic work of French artist Patrick Schumacher: the “Rhinozébros.”
Patrick Schumacher, a French artist with a rich and cosmopolitan background, draws inspiration from a childhood spent between Europe and the Middle East. With a deep passion for cultural diversity and the blending of art and civilizations, he created his “contemporary bestiary,” featuring hybrid animal sculptures like the Rhinozébros — a fusion of a rhinoceros and a zebra. From monumental pieces to smaller formats, his works form a unique and imaginative family.
You’ll also be able to enjoy responsibly and inclusively produced coffee and tea by Café Joyeux, a catering company that employs people with disabilities.
Additionally, we are pleased to partner with Fleurs de Mets, a socially and environmentally committed caterer, offering positively impactful receptions — for people, for society, and for the planet.
