Designed to provide a comprehensive response to the diverse needs expressed by large corporations today, the Gallium building spans 10,000 square metres of floor area, including close to 600 sqm of retail shops on the ground floor and over 9,000 sqm of offices on the upper floors. There is a land reserve large enough to enable its area to be doubled should a shortage of space be encountered at a later time. Pre-sales are in progress for this operation designed by Patrick Charoin and Marina Donda.

An attractive geographic location

Located west of the city centre of Saint-Denis and 15 minutes from the centre of Paris, the brand new Gallium building enjoys an exceptionally good network of roads and public transport. It is in the heart of the Gare Confluence development project and right near the Saint-Denis multimodal station (the second largest station in Ile-de-France in terms of passenger flow). The site is connected to the RER D commuter train, the Transilien H suburban train, bus networks, and tramway lines T1 and T8. Access by road is just as convenient, as the site is ideally located between the A1 and A86 motorways.

A business building that complies with indicators of well-being at work

In addition to a unique panorama, with a view over the Seine from both sides of the site, the complex boasts numerous amenities that make daily life more pleasant, including shops, schools, and a variety of services. There is a vast food court on the ground floor. Not only do the many common areas lend themselves to interaction amongst employees, but the landings at each floor also provide space for employees to relax or get together. This reversible building offers many layout possibilities, such as putting extra office space or company restaurant space in the place of the car park.

Optimal energy performance guaranteed

Gallium is part of an environmentally friendly approach directed at developing an ambitious sustainable mixed-use complex. To meet this need, an energy performance contract offering optimal energy efficiency solutions has been signed. Gallium fits into the dynamics of a sustainable city of its ecosystem, the aim being to achieve HQE® certification. In compliance with the RT 2012 energy efficiency regulations, it emerges as a smart building of the future for all future users who care about adopting in-house company ethics.
